Over the weekend 28-29 January 10 new Shuttle Time Tutors were put through their paces at the first Shuttle Time Tutor Training Course of 2017, held at Maribyrnong College in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
Members were from various backgrounds of badminton knowledge and educational experience. The course was completed in a total of 8hrs of on-court practical and 8hrs of classroom work.
After the course, participants were placed out of their comfort zones (observer/feedback group, planning group, deliverer group) and worked together to deliver a 1-hr Shuttle Time session to a group of children aged between 5-15 years old. This session was delivered with great success!!
