My ambition as an athlete is to represent Australia at the 2028 LA Paralympics, aiming not only to participate but also to see the Australian flag soaring high. In addition to this, my specific goal is to attain a rank of number 1 in SL4 Women’s Singles, marking a pinnacle of success in my sporting journey.

Biography:
Born on June 16, 2008, in Bangalore, I spent my childhood growing up with a natural inclination towards sports where I gave a go with swimming, judo, basketball, tennis, and even gymnastics. Badminton entered my life during my childhood days in Bangalore. It started as a fun pastime, playing the sport with friends without any inkling that it would soon become a significant part of my life.
A significant chapter unfolded as I moved to Australia and decided to explore para-badminton. What began as a curiosity turned into a full-fledged commitment as I enrolled in my first all-abilities competition in Altona. To my delight, I won a gold medal in the singles category. It was then, that I set my sights higher and stepped onto the international stage. Classified as SL4, I participated in the VICTOR Oceania Para Badminton Championships. The experience was I clinched bronze in mixed doubles, women’s singles, and women’s doubles, marking a remarkable debut on the international stage.
Determined to further improve my skills, I intensified my training regimen with the ultimate aim of representing Australia at the highest level of para-badminton, I dedicated myself to pushing my limits.
Interesting Fact:
I’m a fan of all racket sports and make sure to get a few games in, especially in tennis and squash. I find that playing these sports complements my skills in badminton, contributing to a well-rounded and enjoyable athletic experience.
