Biography:
When I was about 12 years old I joined a summer camp held by the Tan Siu Lin foundation. I joined the camp mainly for soccer, but I would usually be early and badminton was the only one open. So I tried badminton with one of the coaches at the summer camp. I quickly fell in love with the sport and then at the end of the summer camp I joined the tournament for badminton and was able to win 1st place for the singles and doubles events and 3rd for the mixed doubles. After the summer camp program ended I never touched a racket since, but at the beginning of 6th grade my dad got a call from Ms. Christy asking me to tryout for the u15 NMI team that was leaving for New Zealand. I made the team and it went on from there.
