Notice is hereby given of a Special General Meeting of Badminton Oceania to be held via email response.
Following the Executive Board Meeting held Thursday 15th October, amendments to the Badminton Oceania Constitution were accepted.
Attached is a summary of the constitution changes along with an explanation of the rationale behind the changes.
The Executive Board have called for a Special General Meeting via email to propose the following:
‘The constitution changes that were accepted at the Badminton Oceania Executive Board Meeting held on 16th October shall become effective on Monday 01st December 2020’.
Voting should be via email and the response should be as follows:
EITHER
‘Member Country’ agrees with all proposals regarding the constitutional amendments to the Badminton Oceania Constitution of October 2020.
OR
‘Member Country’ do not agree with the proposals regarding the constitutional amendments to the Badminton Oceania Constitution of October 2020.
Member Countries should insert their own Country name where applicable in the above statements.
Executive Board Members or Life Members should insert their names where the Member Country is showing in the above proposal.
All votes must be received by 5pm on Monday 30th November 2020 (NZ Time). The outcome of the vote will be advised shortly thereafter. Replies should be sent to Office@badmintonoceania.org
