Quarter Final Results:
It was an all-Singapore battle between Jaslyn Hooi [SGP] and Joelle Jia Ya Chee [SGP] in a thrilling three-game encounter that lasted 75 minutes.
Chee, who made it through to the Main Draw through qualifying, took the first 22-20 over Hooi.
However, Hooi’s skill and experience came to the forefront, and she took the next two 21-13, 21-15 to progress to the afternoon.
Pei Yu Wang [TPE] defeated fellow Chinese Taipei player Sih Yun Lin [TPE] in straight games 21-11, 22-20 in their 39-minute encounter.
Su Yu Chen’s [TPE] had an hour-long clash with Megan Lee [SGP]. After losing the first 17-21, she then found her feet to take out the next two 21-11, 21-18.
Hsin Pei Tsai [TPE] is through to her first WS SF of the Oceania triple-header after sending Saena Kawakami [JPN] home 21-15, 19-21, 21-18.

No.1 seed Joo Ven Soong’s [MAS] time in Auckland has come to an end after his defeat to Po-Wei Wang [TPE] 17-21, 15-21.
Australian Karono Karono [AUS] had a challenging 75-minute battle with Joel Koh [SGP] after losing the first 19-21, but then sealing the match 21-16, 21-14 to make it through to the Semi Finals.
Chia Hung Lu [TPE] cruised into the Semi Finals with a 21-11, 21-15 victory over Marcus Lau [SGP].
In another all-Chinese Taipei encounter, Yu Kai Wang [TPE] got the better of Ping-Hsien Huang 22-20, 21-16.

Quarter Final Results:
North Harbour locals Shaunna Li/Edward Lau [NZL] started the day of on a strong note defeating fellow New Zealanders Vincent Tao/Alyssa Tagle in straight games 21-13, 21-17.
Meanwhile, on the adjacent court Christian Bernardo/Elanor Christine Inlayo [PHI] secured their spot in the afternoon session by eliminating Kriston Jun Hao Choo/Yi Ting Elsa Lai [SGP] 21-18, 21-12.
Aussie pair Gronya Somerville/Pramudya Kusumawardana [AUS] fought-hard but couldn’t get the better of Cheng Kuan Chen/Chih Chen Lee [TPE] in their 19-21, 16-21 defeat.
YONEX Bendigo International winners Wesley Koh and Yujia Jin [SGP] also found the end of the road of their three weeks together in Oceania after being eliminated by Alvin Morada//Airah Mae Nicole Albo [PHI]. Semi Final Matches:

No.1 seeds Chih Chen Lee/Yen Yu Lin [TPE] defeated Ci Sin Teoh/Yi Ting Elsa Lai [SGP] 21-12. 21-12.
It was an unfortunate finish at North Harbour for Aussie pair Gronya Somerville/Nozomi Shimizu [AUS] after being defeated by Su Yu Chen/Yi En Hsieh [TPE]. The Aussies were painstakingly close to getting ahead in the second game, but eventually fell short at 13-21, 19-21.
An Chien Cheng/Chih-Yun Cheng [TPE] defeated Joelle Jia Ya Chee/Ying Shuen Sng [SGP] 21-14, 21-11.

No.1 seeds Hariharan Amsakarunan/Ruban Kumar Rethinasabapathi [IND] showed great strength against Christian Bernardo/Alvin Morada [PHI] taking the first game 21-8.
They closed out the match 21-12 to progress to the Semi Finals.
