Badminton Oceania is pleased to announce that Women in Badminton Leadership Scholarships have been awarded to Peti Tupouniua (TGA), Nynette Sass (Samoa), Marianne Loh (AUS), Donna Trow (NZ) and Tonga Badminton Association
The scholarships have been awarded for the following projects:
Peti Tupouniua – Tonga – Assistance with costs to attend the Pacific Women’s Sports Leadership Programme and the New Zealand Shuttle Time and Coaching Workshops
Nynette Sass – Samoa – Assistance with costs to attend the Pacific Women’s Sports Leadership Programme and Familiarisation with Oceania Badminton programmes
Marianne Loh – Australia – Attendance at the BWF Coaches Course – Dubai and connecting with the Dubai Shuttle Time project
Donna Trow – New Zealand – Participation in a Catapult Leadership Programme
Tonga Badminton Association – OSEP Training for 8 women, including 5 from the outer Islands in Tonga
Badminton Oceania acknowledges and thanks BWF for their support of this programme
